Victor H. Franco is a Principal Research Associate for the Energy Efficiency Standards Group at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Victor is currently working on the standards for residential furnaces, residential boilers, commercial furnaces, and hearth products, as well as the test procedures for residential furnaces and boilers.

Victor has 13 years of experience in standards and test procedures for residential furnaces and boilers, residential water heaters, residential furnace fans, direct heating equipment, clothes dryers, room air conditioners, hearth products, pool heaters, commercial boilers, commercial furnaces, and commercial water heaters.

In addition, he develops life-cycle cost analysis and national impact analysis methodology, and analytical tools spreadsheets for these products in support of the DOE's standards rulemaking process.
