Alison Williams is the Group Leader for the Energy Efficiency Standards Group at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Alison currently leads the technical work supporting energy conservation standards and test procedure development for air-conditioning and pumping equipment for the U.S. Department of Energy.

Alison has 8 years of experience in regulatory and voluntary energy efficiency. In addition, Alison specializes in techno-economic analysis, market research, program management, and science communication, and has additional background in water resource planning and policy.
