Colleen Kantner is a Program Manager for the Energy Efficiency Standards (EES) Department at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
Colleen' expertise is in lighting products, ceiling fans, test procedure development, energy use analysis, and economic and environmental impact analyses in the context of energy efficiency policy. As a postdoc, Colleen studied trends in the historic life-cycle costs of appliances both domestically and internationally. Before joining the EES department as a postdoc in January 2011, Colleen studied solid-state physics.
